Well, I guess if the point of having a blog is to comment on the state of our lives, the fact that I have been too busy to update the blog since August 22 is a statement in itself, right?
If this were a movie, this is where I would include a musical montage of all of our adventures, but as it's just my blog, I will attempt to communicate the last two months in pictures.
The biggest news of all is that our little peanut turned ONE! We celebrated the event on a beautiful late summer day, and a good time was had by all.
Next we went to the Champlain Valley Fair, saw all the animals, rode some rides, and stuffed ourselves silly with delicious fair food.
Ted's company held their annual company picnic at Oak Ledge Park, which was a blast. They had the world's biggest bouncy house, which both Ted and Griffin enjoyed.

We went apple picking at the orchard, which is always fun!
Football season started, God help us all!
Ted and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary with a weekend away. We went to Foxwoods, saw the So You Think You Can Dance show live (Ted was so excited!), and just relaxed and enjoyed some time together. There may have been alcohol and gambling involved.
So now everyone's all caught up! Wasn't that fun?
